Reasonably spacious and stocked rooms, everything was perfect.

we stayed for 1 night and liked our stay. staff was really helpful and amicable. a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators etc were much appreciated. for safety measures it had smoke detectors.

The staff are affable and charming. I thoroughly enjoyed the place.

it was located in a local area -fascinating to find out the yacht club is ireland's oldest yacht club.

The rooms had great views, were quiet and fully equipped. Breakfast provisions were provided in the room. The hosts were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near a pub and offered bicycles for exploring. A pleasant and accommodating experience.

our stay was enjoyable. the location of the hotel was great - a short walk to a beautiful lake and a nearby pub that served delicious food. the atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, with a nice garden and views of the surroundings. the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the self-service continental breakfast, which allowed us to have a quick bite before heading out.

We had a REALLY GREAT stay in Dromineer so close to Dromineer quay at the lake. It was marvellous and super to the shore of Lough Derg.- The staff were amicable and charming, liked them all.

I had the pleasure of staying at Salmon Island View and it exceeded my expectations. The room was cozy and had a skylight above the bed, allowing me to stargaze and fall asleep to the beauty of the night sky. The desk and comfy chair were a great addition for those who need to work. I also appreciated the small fridge in the room, stocked with cereal for a quick breakfast. The kitchenette downstairs was a bonus if you wanted to heat up a meal, but the pub just two doors down served delicious evening meals as well. The host was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location, just a short walk from the lake and a lovely pub/restaurant, couldn't have been better. my stay at Salmon Island View was fantastic.

Although I can't fault my stay, I would suggest adding larger and sturdier shelves around the washbasin area, if possible. But this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent experience.
